The debate over autogynephilia (AGP) as a sexual orientation is a perfect exhibit of how the world's concept of "sexual orientation" is utter nonsense and causes a mix of problems. There was a recent controversy over self-identified autogynephile Phil Illy attending the gender-critical conference Genspect wearing a dress. I recorded this video on 6/25/25, the 10th anniversary of receiving the email that changed my life. I was four weeks away from finishing my year-long internship and graduating with my master's in counseling psychology. Then, the head of the internship program at Chestnut Hill College emailed me to stop my internship immediately because of my work with men coping with unwanted same-sex attraction.
