In the recent debate/discussion between Bible scholar and historian Wes Huff and writer and founder of 4BiddenKnowledge Billy Carson, among the many topics explored, Billy questioned the use of masculine pronouns for God in Christianity, asserting that it justifies oppression of women. The fact that God reveals himself primarily as masculine is actually quite important to our faith. Christians need to understand not only THAT God uses masculine pronouns, but the reason WHY.

The culture war is actually a battle between masculine and feminine virtues. Instead of the masculine and feminine ruling together in harmony, one seeks to dominate the other. And though the feminine virtues may be considered the "soft virtues" like love, compassion, and safety, what we're seeing highlighted with the "woke revolution" and the current Lindsay Clancy case is just how dangerous the corrupted feminine is.

During the Alliance for Therapeutic Choice & Scientific Integrity online conference Aug. 28 & 29, 2026, a topic came up in our Q&A. I expounded on a phenomenon I've observed with certain male clients that contributes to some degree to their homosexuality. These clients come from strict religious upbringings that emphasize the purity of women. These anxious clients then internalize this as a block against their own heterosexual development.
